George Sanderson

George Sanderson focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and lender-liability defense. George received his AB degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University and his JD degree from New York University School of Law, where he was the executive editor of the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.

George is the Immediate Past Chair for the North Carolina State Bar Association’s Antitrust and Complex Business Disputes Section and is the editor for the North Carolina chapter of the latest edition of the State Antitrust Practice and Statutes treatise published by the American Bar Association.
